Terms and Conditions
The Contest Committee reserves the right to reject any application. Everyone on the grounds will be accepting Pig Bucks only, no cash will change through your hands. 1 Pig Buck= $1. The vendor retains 80% and the Pig Jam event retains 20%. We payout the first check after the awards and the second will be mailed the following week. If you accept cash, you can be asked to leave, and will not be invited to return.
Space size for vendors is 10’ x 10’.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold The Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce/Pig Jam and the City of Plant City, its employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against same, including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages, or reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with (i) any structure erected by Contestants(s), (ii) any apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by Contestants(s), (iii) any act or omission to act of Contestant(s), its agents, invitees, participants, Contestant’s participation in the contest.
PARKING
Each vendor is allowed 1 vehicle at no charge. Parking passes will be in check in packet. All cars that do not fit on your allowed cooking area must be moved to the assigned parking area by 3pm Friday afternoon. Cars that are parked in the Event area and not on your space will be towed/removed at your expense. Parking will be strictly enforced!
OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Please note – golf carts are not permissible on the property.
2. We ask that you do not sell beer/alcohol or corn. All other sides/drinks are ok.
3. Pets/animals are not permitted on the premises with the exception of a certified service animal.
