Four (4) wristbands are included with entry fee. Wristbands can be pre-ordered here at a discounted rate. Anyone entering the event must have a wristband at all times.

PLEASE WRITE "N/A" IF NO RV SPACE IS NEEDED RV Parking Notice: If your RV, trailer, or setup exceeds the dimensions of a single allotted space (20x40), your team will be required to purchase two parking spots to ensure proper spacing, safety, and accessibility for all participants. Please plan accordingly when registering your team.

Food Categories/Prizes

YOU MUST ENTER ALL FOUR MEAT CATEGORIES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND CHAMPION

Definition of Food Categories: (all meat must comply with ALL KCBS rules)

Chicken – Saturday, 12:00 p.m. turn-in
Any portion of chicken that is grilled or barbecued.

BBQ Ribs – Saturday, 12:30 p.m. turn-in
The portion of the hog that contains the ribs, no “country style”.

BBQ Pork – Saturday, 1:00 p.m. turn-in
Pork shoulder or Boston butt. It can be presented as sliced, chopped, shredded, or pulled.

Beef Brisket – Saturday, 1:30 p.m. turn-in
The breast or lower chest of a beef animal, “whole" (packer trimmed), “point” or “flat” are acceptable cuts. NO CORNED BEEF.

A TOTAL of OVER $17,000 IN PRO PRIZE MONEY

Sauce – Friday, 6:00 p.m. turn-in 
Any type of BBQ sauce can be entered. Must prepare enough for six (6) judges. You will be provided with a 16oz container.

Dessert – Friday, 6:30 p.m. turn-in 
Any dessert item can be entered. Dessert entries may be prepared off-site, BUT cannot be purchased from a store. Must prepare enough for six (6) judges. Portions should be in adequate quantity, BUT not necessarily cut into individual serving sizes (for instance, pies and cakes may be presented whole, etc.)

Steak – Friday, 7:00 p.m. turn-in 
USDA Choice Grade 16oz NY Strip only, 2 are provided at Cook's Dinner courtesy of Outback Steakhouse, cut into 6 identifiable pieces between 1 1/8"-1 5/8" thick. For appearance, you may submit a second steak, uncut.

Margarita - Friday, 7:30 p.m. turn-in        Tequila is not provided. May use tequila of choice. Must prepare enough for six (6) judges. To be turned in using your own glasses or cups.
