Judges agrees to indemnify and hold The Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce/Pig Jam and the City of Plant City, its employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against same, including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages, or reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with (i) any structure erected by Contestants(s), (ii) any apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by Contestants(s), (iii) any act or omission to act of Contestant(s), its agents, invitees, participants, Contestant’s participation in the contest.

Please note – golf carts are not permissible on the stadium property.
